Experience
Book It With Ease is led by Marla Royle, a hospitality professional with more than 20 years of experience in guest services, events, vacation rentals, and hospitality operations.
Marla has lived and worked both internationally and across the United States, including San Francisco, Washington DC, Florida, and Boston. Through her travels and professional experiences in Europe and abroad, she has been exposed to a wide range of hospitality traditions and cultural environments. These experiences shape her approach to welcoming guests and creating stays that feel thoughtful, comfortable, and memorable.
Her career includes work in hotels, inns, event venues, theaters, and vacation rentals, where she has developed strong expertise in guest experience design, hospitality operations, and creating environments where visitors feel genuinely welcomed.
As a host, Marla has maintained Airbnb Superhost status from 2017–2025, earning more than 400 five-star guest reviews through attentive service, thoughtful details, and consistent operational standards.
Her experience also includes property positioning, pricing strategy, staging oversight, and operational systems that help homes perform successfully in the short-term rental market.
